About Rohit

rohitRohit Arora

There is a reason why some organizations are leaders. These organizations improve year over year. For these organizations innovation, optimization, and quality are not separate departments or initiatives but are ways to achieve organization’s goals and they are everyone’s responsibility.

Innovation and Optimization can be a great asset to an organization. It can help a UPS to identify new revenue streams by running a repair center for Toshiba at its hub. It can help a Walmart to pioneer supply chain strategy to gain that little 3% edge over competitor. It can help a small online retail store to compete with Amazon and Toys R Us.

Technology is very different from other organization support functions such as sales, finance, and HR. The reason being that technology spans across all functional areas. The leaders use technology to win.

My mission is to leverage my extensive experience in innovating and optimizing organizational processes and technology to help my customers.
